New direct flights from Hangzhou to Dubai
Emirates has launched a new daily non-stop service between Dubai and Hangzhou, marking Hangzhou as its fifth destination in the Chinese mainland after Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
Date: every day since July 30, 2025
Flights: EK310 will depart from Dubai at 9:40 and arrive in Hangzhou at 22:00
EK311 will depart from Hangzhou at 00:10 the next day and arrive in Dubai at 4:55

“Commuter passes” and “multi-ride tickets”
for high-speed trains
China Railway has introduced “commuter passes” and “multi-ride tickets” on the Hangzhou–Wenzhou and Shanghai–Suzhou–Huzhou high-speed rail lines. These function similarly to traditional monthly bus passes--passengers pay once and can ride multiple times under certain conditions, without booking each trip in advance. The price per ride is significantly cheaper than buying individual tickets.
