Caleidoscopio Italia: When the Prism of

Europe Refracts the Light of the East

The event brings together nine emerging artists from Italy, China, Denmark, and Greece at Hangzhou’s Suilu Culture. Curated by Andrea B. Del Guercio, the exhibition reimagines art as a shifting kaleidoscope, inviting the audience to turn the cultural prism themselves and break free from rigid definitions of art. After traveling from Frankfurt to Copenhagen, the project is now expanding into China.

SHIO Featured Works

The brand SHIO presents the exhibition From Salt to Salt at BY ART MATTERS (OōEli) in Hangzhou, featuring 19 Japanese artists, 10 of whom have created special pieces for the theme of this event. Blending nature, art, and lifestyle aesthetics, the exhibition also invites two Japanese individuals to use coffee as a medium of communication, offering attendees a unique sensory experience.

Dance drama

A Dream of Red Mansions

The Jiangsu Grand Theatre’s original Chinese ethnic dance drama centers on the love story of Jia Baoyu, Lin Daiyu, and Xue Baochai. It combines modern aesthetics and innovative elements while staying faithful to the original work and incorporates the fresh perspectives of young artists. Visually inspired by classical Ming and Qing paintings, the performance uses traditional symbols to pay tribute to Chinese culture and reinterpret a literary classic.

Imagine Dragons Tour

The American rock band has announced that their “LOOM” World Tour will kick off in Hangzhou. Since their debut in 2012, the band has gained immense popularity for its unique pop-rock style and genre-blending music, with over 62 billion streams. This tour will feature their new album LOOM alongside classic hits like Radioactive, Believer, and Thunder.
