Fascinated by the mysterious and unique qualities of traditional Chinese art, Elisabeth moved to Hangzhou in the past autumn to study Chinese landscape painting at the China Academy of Art. This experience has significantly influenced her art, leading her to seamlessly integrate both Chinese and Russian styles into her works, just like this New Year painting.
