As the construction permit for the Qiantang Science Center (construction title) is officially issued, the construction of two towering structures sees its earth break day. Each tower stands at an impressive 160 meters, comparable to the Singapore Science and Technology Park of Dachuang Town in Qiantang district.

The Dachuang Town area, resembling a "thumbs-up" in shape, will home the towers into its landscape as a complement to the cluster of buildings that are predominantly industrial parks, and tech-centric office buildings.

The blueprint of the twin towers indicates a side-by-side configuration, connected with a corridor at a hundred meters height, promising an enhanced experience for both access and panoramic views.

Embracing a futuristic aesthetic, the exterior walls of the towers will feature expansive blue-gray glass panels, complemented by silver-gray aluminum accents and metallic railings. Upon completion, the 160-meter-tall towers will punctuate the previously flat skyline of Dachuang Town, darting into the space.

The potential industries to be housed within the twin towers reveal a diverse and ambitious plan.

The ground floor and podium area are slated to host an approximately 5,000 square meters shopping area, catering to both high-end businesses and a refined community center, a fresh and vibrant leisure destination.

The west tower will be a five-starred international hotel with 297 rooms, which is complementary to the existing functions of the Innovation Expo Center and supportive for conferences and business-related dining needs.

Meanwhile, the east tower is a roughly 60,000 square meters of premium office space, poised to become a new landmark.
