New role for the digital torchbearer

The 9th Zhejiang International Health Industry Expo and the 2nd Zhejiang Digital Health Conference held in Hangzhou on Nov 15 unveils a new and practical role for the digital torchbearer, which has wowed the world during Hangzhou Asian (Para) Games.
Angel, the Zhejiang health escort robot has recently been introduced to the public as a local family doctor in the digital sense. Via artificial intelligence, big data and other new-generation digital technologies, its mission is to provide the residents in Zhejiang province with intimate care such as medical guidance, intelligent escort, medication reminders, and medical record sorting, which will bring new changes to the medical and health services.
The Online Companion Diagnosis system is the first service provided by Angel. Users can access to it online for services such as appointment scheduling, online queuing, paying the bill, and health inspection report inquiry and so on, to enjoy a more convenient medical experience covering the entire process of pre-diagnosis, diagnosis, and post-diagnosis.
