Following the announcement of the OCA that Hangzhou Asian Games are to be postponed, the Games'competition and training venues start to open to the public.

As the oldest venue, the Hangzhou Gymnasium started opening to the public on May 25. At present, local residents can book squash, badminton and table tennis courts there via the mini-program “AI动杭州”. Among others, the table tennis courts are open for free on weekday mornings and the courts for all the aforementioned sports will be free on holidays.

Huanglong Sports Centre Gymnasium, which was to host gymnastics competition during the Hangzhou Asian Games, is now transformed into basketball courts for public use.

Right now, the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Squash Court, Lin′an Sports Culture & Exhibition Centre and Xiaoshan Linpu Gymnasium are calling for public participation. Principally, all the competition and training venues will be gradually open from July 1 this year with different opening schemes.

In addition, the Asian Games Theme Park on the south bank of the Qiantang River will debut soon. The park links together various Asian Games venues such as Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Gymnasium, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Aquatic Sports Arena, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Stadium, and the new landmark "Gate of Hangzhou".
